Do you make the shoes?
For our blank canvas shoes, we order the shoes from the manufacturer, and ship them to our customers. Our bling shoes are custom crafted and have a production time of 14 days.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
We order shoes approximately once a week. Typical turnaround time for orders of 12 pairs of shoes or more will be no more than two weeks door to door. Smaller orders (Less than 12 pairs) will take longer, up to two and a half weeks. There may be a time where we are out of stock on something, but you will be promptly notified.

2. Shipment from the manufacturer.

How will I know that my order shipped?
When your order ships, I will email you a USPS tracking number.

How do you ship, and what are your charges?
We ship via USPS. The shoes will come via the USPS, Priority Mail unless you request otherwise. We do not 'upcharge' on our shipping. What you pay is what the actual cost is. If you order online, you will be billed for an approximate shipping amount, and any "overage" will be refunded to your account.
I contacted you, when can I expect an answer?
We will return all emails, phone calls, and wholesale requests within 24 hours. There is the *exception* of the crazy day, so please feel free to email, and or call back if we neglected to return your email or call. We look forward to assisting you soon!
Can I get a wholesale discount?
When you are accepted as a wholesaler, you will receive a discount based on your order quantity. There are minimum orders for wholesale accounts. For discounts on full cases of shoes, please email us, call call 800.735.3124.
